DVD 1: The Joy Of Emptiness - We live in a world full of constructions, inner and outer. We try to make our life secure and safe. We fail to see the emptiness of such desires and clinging. Realising the insubstantiality of what we have constructed, there is a joy and challenge in freedom and taking risks.

DVD 2: The Self And The Timeless - We live in the three fields of time - past, present and future. Consequently there is a constant engagement with change and the arising of countless views involving time. We move between closeness and separation, intimacy and being apart from. Unity and separation support each other. Yet it is so easy to adopt unity as an ultimate truth, rather than understand its dependency on separation. We are challenged to look into the field of experiences rather than try to have some ultimate experience. Wisdom and liberation is freedom from clinging to any views rather than the self identifying around a special experience.

DVD 3: A Transformed Life (Sarnath 2004) - We transform our life when we switch from obsessing about money and possessions to the inquiry into truth, into what really matters. A transformed life is a change of values, a change of priorities. Truth is constant, always available, and knows no death. We need a passion to explore truth so that we liberate ourselves from the false.
